Update 5/1/09
The pdf printout can now start at any month - this was to support those whose departments have moved to Jan -> Dec appraisal.
Print layout tweaked: now should prevent longer PDTemplate items overlapping.
Font size in pdf printout reduced by 1 point throughout.
